Jamie Vardy lookalike Lee Chapman has admitted that he would ‘love’ to go into Celebrity Big Brother.
The 29-year-old postman, who rose to fame thanks to his uncanny resemblance to the premiership footballer, has added fuel to the rumours.
Chapman, who is the same age, weight and height as the sportsman, has a night out with friend and former CBB star Danniella Westbrook to ask her advice on entering the house.
His rep James Austin told Standard Online: “Lee would love to do CBB he is a massive fan of the show he was gutted Lateysha Grace got evicted he was supporting her to win.
“Danniella is a personal friend of mine and we had dinner to discuss CBB and Danni gave Lee advice as she was successful getting to the final in the last show.”
Chapman was invited onto the Leicester City team tour bus after they won the Premier League title earlier this year, posing for photos with Vardy himself.
He gained their attention after appearing on Soccer AM as the perfect lookalike of the striker.
Speaking on This Morning back in May, he said: “Yeah, we're in talks with TV shows, we're taking booking from all over the world, as far as Dubai.
With just one week to go until the new series of Celebrity Big brother starts, a number of star names are rumoured to be joining this year’s line-up.
Stars including Samantha Fox, Lauren Murray, Lil Kim, Grant Bovey and Katie Waissel are all expected to be entering the house.
