Celebrity Big Brother 2016: Christopher Maloney struggles through stomach-churning cocktail immunity challenge

The housemates had to identify the ingredients in a disgusting drink

Things turned a bit ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’ in the latest Celebrity Big Brother immunity task.

The housemates were given a cocktail-themed challenge, which doesn’t sound that bad – but they weren’t drinking pina coladas.

Explaining the rules of the Bushtucker Trial-esque game, Big Brother said: “Together, [Gemma Collins and Stephanie Davis] will be serving up some delectable cocktails for the rest of the housemates. Housemates have two minutes to finish their drink.

“After drinking each cocktail, housemates must then write down on their blackboards the three ingredients they think are in the drinks.”

With immunity from Tuesday’s eviction in the offering, the housemates got stuck in – but it wasn’t pretty.

Christopher Maloney repeatedly gagged as he saw off his cocktail, while Jeremy McConnell vomited into a bin bag.

Even Stephanie Davis – who, having already received immunity, didn’t have to consume the drinks – was seen heaving (and laughing) in the corner.

Ultimately, Darren Day received the immunity prize after guessing that the ingredients included beetroot, garlic, and fermented fish.

Here’s hoping they all got an extra delivery of mouthwash from Big Brother.
