The first image from the BBC’s Are You Being Served? reboot has arrived, offering a look at the new cast.

Taking on the role of Mr Humphries is Jason Watkins, who showed his comedic chops in W1A, with Benidorm’s Sherrie Hewson inhabiting the fluorescent wig of Mrs Slocombe.

Gavin & Stacey star Mathew Horne is playing Mr Grace, while Jorgie Porter is Miss Croft.

The episode will revisit the Grace Brothers department store from the original series, in an episode written by Derren Litten.

The legendary sitcom is being revived for a one-off episode as part of the BBC’s celebrations marking sixty years of TV comedy.

The Landmark Sitcoms season will mark six decades since Hancock’s Half Hour made the leap from the radio to the small screen, with several classic shows making a comeback.
