Kaiser Chiefs fans are in for a real treat in 2018, after the group announced a huge London show taking place in the middle of summer.

The rock band, led by lead singer and The Voice star Rickie Wilson, will perform as part of the Live at Chelsea concert series on June 14.

The outdoor show will take place at the Royal Hospital Chelsea in West London, the home of the Chelsea pensioners, and promises to be one of the group's biggest gigs of the year.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, December 15. They can be bought here.

The concert series will return for its fourth year in 2018, having previously welcomed the likes of Rufus Wainwright, Belle & Sebastian and Simply Red.

Meanwhile, it was previously announced that James Blunt will perform as part of the Live at Chelsea series on June 16.

Kaiser Chiefs first burst onto the world stage following the release of their debut album in 2005.

Their sixth record Stay Together was released in 2016 and reached number four in the UK albums chart.
