Leaked Watch Dogs: Legions screenshots have supposedly found their way online.

This is another leak from developer Ubisoft this week which recently had a whopping 30 minutes of Assassin's Creed Valhalla footage leak on Sunday.

The leaks for Watch Dogs Legion wasn't nearly on the same scale as Assassin's Creed, but we did get some screenshots which purport to show some of the character operatives we'll be able to control.

Images were initially uploaded to Imgur, found out by Reddit user Jeolioio, but the images seem to have been taken offline now.

Watch Dogs: Legion is pretty much trying to sell itself off one of its main game mechanics, which is the ability to recruit any NPC (non-playable character) you find in London, the game's location.

To this end, we saw screenshots of a football hooligan representing one of the operatives we'll be able to play as, along with elderly folk, police officers and others.

From the first trailer, we've seen the infamous character perspective of the Granny, who has been recruited to fight back against the surveillance-heavy regime. It is important to note that Watch Dogs: Legion will have permadeath for your recruited NPCs, so if tragedy should befall them, they're gone for good.

You can refresh yourself with the trailer below:

Your pool of operatives will all have different abilities for different situations. For example, if you use the football hooligan, this character will be able to call for his friends for backup in a brawl and also take less damage due to how much alcohol they have no-doubt consumed.

Your spy characters, on the other hand, will have the option to use silenced pistols.

It'll be up to you to decide who to recruit based on their stats, of which you'll get a rundown when you encounter them on the street.

From the leaked images we also have a possible release date, which is supposedly September 16.

However, considering that we've barely heard anything about this game since it was first teased in E3 last year, so don't get your hopes on that date being accurate.

We will be getting a better look at Watch Dogs: Legion soon in Ubisoft's upcoming Ubisoft Forward broadcast, which will be revealing and showing lots of new games the company is working on.

On Sunday during Ubisoft Forward, you'll be able to claim a free copy of Watch Dogs 2 on PC. Follow this guide on how to do it here.
