Emma Watson wore a show-stopping dress as she laid to rest her schoolgirl character Hermione Granger at the final Harry Potter film's New York premiere.
The 21-year-old dazzled in a golden Bottega Veneta gown at the screening of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. It followed the event in Trafalgar Square last week, attended by 8,000 Harry Potter fans.
Watson said: "New York is such a fashion capital, I felt I could push the envelope a bit. With London I went a bit more classic but for today I wanted to do something edgier."
The premiere was the last time on the Harry Potter red carpet for her and co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint after 10 years of working on the series.
Radcliffe said: "We have a sibling relationship. No one knows what it's been like to go through this mad journey but us."
