At the beginning of Shane O’Sullivan’s documentary about Lee Harvey Oswald, we’re told: “This is Oswald’s story — why he died and why it still matters.” Actually, I’m still foggy on both those issues, but conspiracy theories are always good value and the archive footage is ace. Apparently, one-time socialist Oswald was a pawn in someone’s — possibly the CIA’s — long-term mission to invade Cuba. The 24-year-old’s malnourished lips, and politeness, are what stick in the brain.
