F*ck for Forest - film review

Documentary about the charity F*ck For Forest, which makes porn videos to fund its ecological projects
(AN19437266FFF) FFF - Michal Marczak - rezyser
19 April 2013

Rebelling against his bourgeois family, a young Norwegian joins a group of hippy anarchists who make porn videos and sell them to invest in ecological projects. They travel to the Amazonian rainforest where the money raised will go towards the natives buying their own land.

The locals are suspicious and object to their visitors wandering about naked. That, they say, is against their culture. Besides, they are unemployed and on the breadline. What’s the use of owning their land?

Soon they ask the hippies to leave, and the last we see of the young Norwegian is back in his home country discussing his plans to protest naked with a group of equally doubtful Palestinians.

Michal Marczak’s film seems to be sympathetic to the boy and his anarchist friends, but it isn’t long before you want to get the hell out of their company.
