Chamber of Secrets is favourite

Harry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets worked its magic again today as it was named Britain's favourite children's film.

The second movie based on JK Rowling's novels was voted for by thousands of children at the British Academy Children's Film and Television Awards.

It fought off strong competition from Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, Hulk, Lilo & Stitch and Men In Black II in the Lego/Bafta Kids Vote.

Blue Peter's Matt Baker celebrated his second Bafta for best presenter.

Niki Caro's film Whale Rider won best feature film, and Bob the Builder - A Christmas To Remember took the best animation award, in the ceremony at the Park Lane Hilton.
