Dave Gorman's Screen Guild
The globetrotting documentarist has recently returned to pure stand-up, but he hasn't entirely discarded his trusty laptop. His powerpoint presentations make a welcome return in this monthly show. Expect quirky anecdotes, oddball guests and colourful stories about Gorman's most recent exploit: travelling the UK playing unusual games.

Peter Firman
There has been a wave of magicians muscling in on the comedy circuit in recent years and Firman is one of the best of the bunch, subverting the cheesy patter of light entertainment and adding a punky twist. It's still the usual magic rings, disappearing fivers and sleight of hand, but done brilliantly well and aided by some lovely comic banter.

A formidable line-up gathers to support human rights charity Reprieve. Giggle at Ed Byrne, Andi Osho, Nick Revell, Shappi Khorsandi, Alistair Barrie, Hal Cruttenden, Doc Brown and Tina C. Top tip is Dan Antopolski, who won the award for best gag at the 2009 Edinburgh Fringe with "Hedgehogs. Why can't they just share the hedge?"
