Mis-selling rap for Royal Liver's Park Row

Royal Liver independent financial adviser offshoot Park Row was today censured by the Financial Services Authority for mis-selling.

It was told it would have been fined £2.4 million if it had the money. The FSA has also ensured badly advised customers will get between £5 million and £7.8 million redress.

Peter Sprung, former chief of Park Row, which closed in November, was fined £49,000.
