Rich owners of new Mayfair flats can have the luxury hotel-like experience of The Dorchester at home, after the famous hotel's owner agreed to partner a residential project for the first time.

Dorchester Collection, which is behind The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and the Beverley Hills Hotel, will manage a luxury gym, 20-metre underground pool and pampering rooms at a new Stanhope Gate development called Mayfair Park Residences.

Residents at the 18 luxury flats adjacent to Hyde Park can also have room service delivered there from 45 Park Lane which is just minutes away.

The property is due to complete in 2018 and is being built by Clivedale London - part of one of the largest developers in India, Indiabulls.

The flats cost between £5.1 million and £27.5 million.

Clivedale's chief executive Tarun Tyagi said the partnership takes Mayfair Park Residences "to a different level from any other residential development in London".
